The Wix Experience

Today is the day that I will post the link for my webpage and my self-monitoring of my project through GoalScape. I have discovered a lot about myself, my self-regulating processes and about the theories of both self regulated learning and website design. Through this experience I have grown as an educator and as a self-regulated learner. I have also gained confidence in the use of the technology to build a website. Interesting that my experience has correlated with Pintrich's research on self-efficacy, "besides mastery goal orientation, another positive motivational belief that facilitates self regulated learning is positive self-efficacy for learning" (Pintrich 1993).
