My original question was, "how do we get fellow educators to become engaged in the process of innovating for our students? How do we share our passion for innovations with others in an attempt to set high standards for twenty first century learning?" Throughout this course, and the implementation of various ideas into my professional context,
I have come to realize that passion for innovation and creativity is truly infectious and contagious. We assist educators in becoming engaged in the process of innovation by demonstrating and implementing these types of programs ourselves. The results will be observed by students and fellow educators. It is is through collaboration that we have the potential to create the most valuable learning experiences for students. Educators that are willing step outside their comfort zone, and implement creative and innovative learning experiences for students will model these experiences for those that are reluctant implementers. The effects will certainly be visible and ideally 'contagious.'
